What is groupage moving?
Groupage (also called LCL — Less than Container Load) is a method of shipping where multiple customers' goods are consolidated into a single shared container. Each shipment is professionally packed, clearly labelled, and separated within the container. You pay for your share of the container space based on volume (cubic metres), not for the whole container.
For most people moving overseas, groupage is the most cost-effective option. Full containers (FCL — Full Container Load) are only economical for very large moves of 25+ cubic metres. For a studio apartment, a 1–2 bedroom home, or a partial household move, groupage saves significantly.

We collect your packed and inventoried goods from your home anywhere in Europe. A collection vehicle arrives at your agreed date and time. All items are logged and loaded under our care.

Your shipment travels to our consolidation hub near Rotterdam — the main gateway for European overseas freight. Here your goods are professionally loaded into a shared container alongside other shipments heading to the same destination. Every shipment is separated, labelled, and secured within the container.
Step 7 - Ocean freight
